Welcome!  WTM Properties has evolved from a family owned Textile Machinery business which was established in the late 1960s

After looking for suitable premises for the machinery business to locate we realised there there was a lack of useable rental properties within the area local to where we were located. A suitable building was found but this was too large solely for our use. It was decided that this would be divided in to Smaller units and let out. After gaining more experience we have been able to acquire more sites and units all of which provide good access and parking for tenants and are also well maintained.

We have also taken on rebuilds of old units and brought them up to current specification for EPC regulations with new electrics, Air conditioning and insulation.

We welcome enquiries for units but do remain fully occupied most of the time however details are kept on a database and you will be informed if any suitable units come available.
